Let’s be a bit official.. booking and cancelling, how does it work?
You can also make your reservation online, by filling in your dates on the reservation widget on the home page. By clicking on the names of the rooms you can see the calender at the bottom of the page, to see if the room is free on your dates.
When you make a reservation we will ask you to pay a deposit of 25% with a minimum of 40 euros. The rest of your stay you can either pay by bank before you arrive or in cash on the day you leave.
If you have to cancel up to six weeks before your arrival we will return your deposit.
If you have to cancel between six and two weeks before your arrival we will keep the deposit, unless we can re-rent the room for the same period. In the last case we will return your deposit except for 30 euros reservation costs.
If you have to cancel within two weeks before your arrival you are due the total amount of your stay, unless we can re-rent the room for the same period. In the last case we will return your payment except for 30 euros reservation costs.
After arrival payment in full is due for your total booking. All payments, whether cash or bank, are to be paid in euros only.
We remind you that a reservation for a room is a contract. This means that we have to keep the room for you and you have to pay for it. Therefore we ask you to read our conditions carefully and to take a cancelling insurance.
